Oval Straight Repeats with Betty
6 laps around the oval (1K) with two surges on the straights per lap. Jog back to Betty after each surge, so the total was probably around 4.5-5 miles, but I forgot to stop the iPod and it lost the run data.

Back from Surgery
A lap around the block back in Ohio and some sprint repeats up and down the driveway to get back into the swing of things.
